Where the chemistry happens...
As a Global Key Account Manager, You Create Chemistry By...

• Lead Global Key Account management (GKAM) approach for Professional and Specialty Services (P&SS), calling on Consumer Industries.
• Fully understand and implement the business segment strategies of the P&SS business unit with selected Global Key accounts and organizations.
• Lead the P&SS GKAM approach to key global accounts and coordinate with regional KAM managers and their customers. Provide leadership to the implementation of business with the GKA's.
• Activate new product development projects with GKA's as led by business segment strategies.
• Develop commercial GKA strategies to optimize current business, including defining the best-suited customer strategies to execute, in close coordination with regional businesses and global functional units.
• Be a member of the global P&SS Leadership Team for broad P&SS organizational topics and the Business Steering Team for decisions related to business projects including GKAM projects.
• Advance a culture of inclusion, diversity and empowerment to help people and business achieve full potential.
• Bring voice of customer to leadership team meetings.
• Mentor and coach talent to advance KAM capabilities within the business.
• Establish and support a safety culture in which all accidents are preventable.
• Bring your 10 years' overall experience with some Global Key Account experience.
• Travel will be up to 20% in the US, China, Japan, UK, Germany, India or France.
• Bachelor Degree required.

• Have leadership experience in working with customers across the globe.
• Have strong strategic planning and optimization capabilities, which includes a proven track record of building strategic relationships with targeted customers.
• Have a strong sales and marketing background, with a track record of working collaboratively to identify opportunities.
• Can demonstrate track record of working with customers and internal team members will serve you well as you bring ideas to life.
