Weare currently seeking a Global Human Resources Project Manager to supportcritical HR transformation activities related to the transformation of ourDiagnostics business. This individual will provide strategic HR partnership tothe Diagnostics organization as a whole, working closely with theTransformation Management Office and other key stakeholders. Thesuccessful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complexprojects.

Experience with Human Resources Projects is a plus. This role isideally located near a major Healthineers Diagnostics site on the East Coast ofthe United States (Tarrytown, NY; Walpole, MA) although candidates workingremotely within the United States will be considered. Local and some international travel may berequired.

Primary responsibilities include: Drive critical organizational development and change management initiatives related to the global transformation of the Diagnostics business As the HRrepresentative to the Diagnostics Transformation Management Office (TMO),ensure close alignment between the TMO, Human Resources, implementation workstreams, and business leaders Responsible for global HR project management of the Diagnostics transformation (analysis of data, development of project plans, budget, resource allocation management, monitoring progress, reporting, management of risk, issue and action logs), coordinating the use of standard tools and templates with the TMO and ensuring timelines are met Manage as global HR workstream lead the regional implementation of initiatives, ensuring that each region/country meets required objectives in accordance with defined plans (timelines for local HR plans, local regulatory requirements) and is aligned with the overall transformation project Manage engagement of project-related external service providers Thesuccessful candidate will possess: Relevant experience in managing large, complex projects, ideally with HR transformation components Experience in organizational restructuring and workforce planning is a plus Broad generalist HR knowledge is a plus (concepts, systems, tools, processes); ideally with a general understanding of legal obligations vis-a-vis staff representatives in a global context (Workers Councils, Unions, etc.) Proven excellent leadership skills in managing global stakeholders and driving results Experience in identifying and resolving complex issues and assuming a leadership role in unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances - solid sense of accountability and sound personal judgment Ability to recognize, address and drive changes with understanding of cultural impact Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills Outstanding communication, organization and relationship building skills A university degree in Business Management, Economics, Human Resources or a comparable field Able to travel as required (depending on final job location) Fluent in written and spoken English, German a plus The pay range for this position is$145,000 - 180,000.00 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending onjob-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
