What you will do-

As a Global Facilitator, you will lead the facilitation and deployment of learning and development programs from the Stryker global curriculum. Your ability to engage and inspire others will be a key piece in making our learning and talent development a success!

You will be an Associate Manager on the Global People and Organizational Development team and will work closely with Talent Development Partners and HR colleagues to deliver exciting new learning and development solutions to leaders at all levels of the organization.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Lead the facilitation and deployment of learning and development programs from the Stryker global curriculum.
  • Drive aligned learning and development needs by delivering, implementing, promoting and evaluating courses, programs and academies.
  • Help support business needs analysis with leaders to determine the right learning solutions.
  • Conduct / facilitate global learning and development programs, i.e. Leadership Playbook, Think Twice.
  • Partner with Talent Management Learning Operations team to continuously improve Stryker’s global curriculum, online platform and content based on stakeholder feedback.
  • Consult with Talent Development Partners, HR Business Partners and Business Leaders on delivery of development programs.
  • Partner with Talent Development Partners and HR Business Partners to assess development needs, source solutions, collect feedback and evolve program offerings.
  • Provide meaningful metrics and data to demonstrate the value of programs and support ongoing enhancements.

What you need-

  • Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of equivalent experience in addition to the below required
  • 6+ years of work experience required
  • 3+ years business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience preferred
  • Fluency in English and Spanish reading and writing required
  • Prior people management experience preferred
  • Experience facilitating development experience and coaching with managers at all levels both in-person and virtual preferred

$85-182k salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
