The Global Employee Relations Consultant is a key member of the Global Employee Relations team, responsible for improved business operations, quality content creation, data analysis, project management and contributing to operational effectiveness. Prefer to have this role hybrid out of JLL office.
Contribute to the oversight of JLL’s global ER case management system, conduct regular case and data audits, case reviews, and industry benchmarking.
Contribute to the oversight JLL’s global ER knowledge management system, establish, and implement a framework for content reviews and improvements.
Structure large data sets, analyze information and create presentations and reports to document key findings and recommendations that generate impactful outcomes and help the organization make more informed business decisions.
Use graphs, infographics, and other methods to visualize data.
Develop standards for preparing and delivering analytics deliverables to the business, with a focus on transformation and automation.
Coordinate all aspects of assigned ER-team projects including monitoring and documenting project progress to ensure on-time delivery.
Establish and manage relationships with regional and country-specific partners. Act as a champion by ensuring that country needs are properly represented.
Develop regional understanding of the end-to-end case management processes, knowledge of SOPs, playbooks, and standards of work.
Develop and deliver materials to various ER/HR audiences adjusting style and design as needed to meet audiences at their unique levels of comprehension.
Assist global director with administrative tasks as requested.

Solid judgment ensuring integrity, compliance, and confidentiality.
Excellent written and verbal communication and administrative skills, with high attention to detail.
Excellent project management, organizational and time management skills.
Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or another related field. ER experience is a plus.
3+ years of Human Resources experience, data analytics and operational experience, preferred.
