Job description

Model N is looking for college students (who have completed their junior year) ready to jump start their career exposure with an internship. We offer unparalleled hands-on experience working in an exciting yet challenging industry. Consider this an early career start, where you will have the opportunity to work alongside and be mentored by some of the brightest minds at Model N.
You will have the opportunity to get to know the other Model N interns and participate in workshops and trainings designed just for you and your peers. In addition, each week there will be time for additional learning through LinkedIn Learning on topics to help you develop your skills and business acumen.
As an intern with the Global Customer Success Operations team, you will experience a supportive learning environment, opportunities to participate in meaningful work and have some fun! You will meet and work with kind and inspiring Model N’ers, become a member of the team and have access to Model N leaders.
Model N’s GCS Operations team is focused on ensuring best in class delivery- you will focus on improving existing documentation, work with leadership to develop ideas on how to drive process compliance and identify areas of opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Improve existing process documentation using MS Visio to provide users with an easy, high-lelvel view of the process
  • Brainstorm ideas on how to drive process compliance from the delivery team
  • Identify areas of opportunity in current processes and documentation (onboarding, training, etc.)
  • Build well documented process

Qualifications:

  • Strong academic credentials
  • Strong communication Skills
  • Detail Oriented
  • All majors welcome especially Educations, Arts, Interest in STEM
  • Ability to take initiative and work collaboratively within and across teams
  • Analytical and communication skills
  • Strong experience in MS Suite of products

Compensation

  • This internship will be paid hourly ($20-$22/hour).
