Job description

What You'll Do

  • Requires a commitment to lead and mentor a team of geotechnical and construction materials engineers and project managers
  • Oversee and manage all laboratory operations
  • Oversee projects and perform technical report reviews, prepare proposals and management of the departments and group related P&L
  • Assist other staff in marketing our services by maintaining and developing client interactions
  • Interact with senior staff members and mentor junior staff members
  • Assist with recruiting and maintaining an adequate staff level in your group

What We're Looking For

  • BS or MS in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited program required
  • 8+ years of geotechnical engineering experience
