Citizen Job Description: Uses Geographic Information System techniques to provide a better understanding of certain variables in a given geographic location. Applies GIS theory and applications and recommends appropriate strategies in response to GIS analysis. Performs data conversion migration and translation activities using advanced processing techniques.
