General Sales Manager/Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced GSM or lead Sales Manager to oversee our South Miami Dealership. A minimum of 2 years experience as a dealership General Sales Manager or lead sales Manager is required. Strong knowledge of finance required. This is a rare opportunity for a long term position .We are looking for local candidates only,not those willing to relocate. Bilingual preferred.

Job Overview:

As the General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing from the front line all aspects of our dealership sales and finance departments , ensuring its success and growth. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to drive results.

Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Desk deals ,customers TOs, maintain high CSI scores.
- Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support.
- Identify opportunities for business development and expansion.

Skills:

-Strong closing skills.Deep understanding of finance.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience in sales support to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse customers and employees

Pay: $240,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
