A minimum of 2 years experience as a dealership General Sales Manager or lead sales Manager is required. Strong knowledge of finance required. Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Desk deals ,customers TOs, maintain high CSI scores.
- Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support.
- Identify opportunities for business development and expansion.
