- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong mathematical skills for analyzing sales data and forecasting.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in outside sales or B2B sales is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse customers.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
