Job Description
- 2nd Shift: $2.00 shift differential
- 3rd Shift: $3.00 shift differential
- Pay rates range from $16.00 - $20.00/hour, based on shift and experience.
- Ensure strict adherence to company environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Follow work instructions and inspection standards to perform operational processes accurately.
- Start up and shut down machines according to procedures.
- Operate, monitor, and adjust machines using switches, buttons, and displays.
- Utilize hand tools to change machine accessories and conduct visual inspections of components.
- Precisely measure components to meet customer requirements and troubleshoot machine alarms.
- Maintain quality inspection data and record production information.
- Safely operate powered material handling equipment for material transfer.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic mechanical knowledge of computerized machines, gauges, and hand tools.
- Strong mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Effective communication in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to respond promptly to signals and safely move objects.
- Proficiency in proper lifting techniques.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Desired: Minimum of 1 year of forklift truck driving experience.
- Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crawl, and hear.
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
- Must have a clean criminal record history.
- Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets Company standards.
