Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical tasks:
    • answering calls
    • data entry
    • photocopying
    • scanning
    • filing
    • make labels
    • monitor emails
  • Write sales and purchase slips
  • Prepare loading cards
  • Update and print shipping manifests
  • Back up other employees
  • Create and maintain various Excel spreadsheets

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is not required, but it is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in performing clerical tasks.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.

Schedule:

  • Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
    • over 40 hours pays time and a half.
  • Work days along with start and end time TBD

 

Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
