Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical tasks:
- answering calls
- data entry
- photocopying
- scanning
- filing
- make labels
- monitor emails
- Write sales and purchase slips
- Prepare loading cards
- Update and print shipping manifests
- Back up other employees
- Create and maintain various Excel spreadsheets
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is not required, but it is a plus.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing clerical tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.

Schedule:
- Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
- over 40 hours pays time and a half.
- Work days along with start and end time TBD
