General Office Clerk

Palma Tool & Die is an ISO9001/AS9100 certified company that is an industry leader in Aerospace machining with over 50 years of precision machining experience. We manufacture tight tolerance parts for aerospace, automotive, medical, food processing, and other manufacturing industries. We are currently hiring for a General Office Clerk for 1st shift.

Job Responsibilities:

· Answering the phone and greeting customers and suppliers.

· Procuring material and tooling via our ERP system.

· Performing receiving duties on incoming tooling and material.

· Creating shipping paperwork as needed.

· Performing local deliveries in our company pick-up truck. Deliveries are mainly local in the Buffalo area but occasionally require a trip to Syracuse or Erie, Pa.

About this role:

· This is a part time position and the schedule is flexible. Compensation is $18 - $23 per hour.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 24 per week
