- Audit daily work orders against data in Empire Today systems.
- Ensure an accurate and effective list of upcoming installation projects.
- Collect and review completion documents from installation contractors.
- Compile, sort, and verify accuracy of Installation documents Scan, upload, and file documents; maintain organization of files.
- Make daily confirmation calls to customers.
- Consult with sales team to expedite or locate missing information.
- Review, complete, and update service requests.
- Cross-train for duties of Accounting Associates.
- May serve as receptionist.
- Other duties as requested or assigned.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- One to two years’ General Office experience preferred.
- Proficient Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Good data entry skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Associate will spend a majority of time (i.e., 75%) working on a computer, which requires using a keyboard to review and enter data and providing support in warehouse (i.e., 25%) during the loadout process to collect paperwork.
