Based in Signal Hill CA, NFB Consulting LLC is a small, dynamic, software and technology services firm rapidly expanding in the mainstream Broadcast and Media industries.
NFB is seeking an organized and proactive individual with growth potential.
Job Overview:
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience and demonstrate strong executional skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Administration:
· Maintain a professional and welcoming office atmosphere.
· Manage administration processes and procedures.
· Coordinate trade shows and travel arrangements.
· Co-ordinate Support Administration and record maintenance
· Assist in the preparation and organization of documents, reports, and presentations.
2. Human Resources:
· Support the recruitment process, coordinate new employee onboarding, documentation, and orientation.
· Maintain accurate Federal and State government tax and employee records.
· Administer employee benefits programs.
· Assist in HR-related initiatives such as employee engagement activities and performance management processes.
3. Accounting:
· Manage client purchase orders, invoicing, and collection processes.
· Manage vendor reseller, supply chain, vendor relations and timely payments.
· Maintain Quickbooks Online daily and provide monthly closes including APAY and AREC reports.
· Cooperate with the Company’s CPA compiling Financial Statements and Tax returns
· Manage Banking and credit facilities.
Qualifications:
· Previous Administration experience with up to $5M per annum size.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Fluent Word & Excel, Outlook, Google G-Suite.
· At least 3 years online accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online) experience.
· Knowledge of HR policies and procedures is a plus.
· Completed or near completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Accounting, or related field.
Compensation Package: $87,500 with annual review
· Benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
· Bonus Plan eligibility after 12 months
