The General Manager has the expertise of leading a family-owned B2B/B2C multi-business and has a track record of success in the fluid component water filtration industry. This position requires a proven leader who has led local and remote-based staff throughout the country. This individual must have an entrepreneurial spirit with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach and led teams by example using "first principles".
A player/coach role is needed to work with this diverse group of people in areas of Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Warehouse, Fulfillment, Training and Knowledge, and Service, reporting all business activity to the CEO/President. A high degree of integrity, and thirst for knowledge, coupled with demonstrated excellence in communication, continuous improvement and interpersonal skills, is required.
