- Manage scheduling of lessons
- Point of sale management
- Respond to inquiries regarding the lessons
- Manage and communicate with staff and lead staff meetings
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Create schedules
- General cleaning and maintenance of facility
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Participate in industry events and have active involvement in Professional Ski Instructors of America
- Prior experience as a General Manager or assistant manager preferred but not required
- Excellent communication & organization skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work independently, problem solve, and think creatively
- Able to follow all health and safety guidelines and ensure the safety of students at all times
- Positive and encouraging attitude
- Able to work on your feet and ski on the ski simulator for extended periods, some heavy lifting required
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Must be able to speak, write and read in English
