As a General Manager, you will build and supervise a team focused on achieving top line sales goals, providing the best customer service in the industry, and leading in accordance with our company standards and practices!
Responsibilities for this position include:
1. Providing friendly service with a great attitude and a smile
2. Ensuring that our guests are served promptly and accurately
3. Accountability for preparation of only the highest quality products
4. Maintaining a clean and organized restaurant that meet both Health Department and company guidelines
5. Recruiting, training, and evaluating colleagues
6. Providing direction and supervision of colleagues with professionalism, respectful communication, delegation of tasks, and disciplinary responsibility when applicable
7. Completion of administrative responsibilities, daily-weekly-monthly tasks assigned by immediate Supervisor
8. Scheduling, ordering & receiving, equipment & facilities maintenance
9. Local store marketing and community engagement
Basic requirements for the position include:
1. Ability to lift Up to 55 lbs
2. Ability to move items ranging from 6 inches from the floor, to 6 feet
3. Ability to effectively communicate with guests and colleagues both verbally and physically
4. Must have a valid state issued Driver’s License
5. Must have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a Lead Management role
6. Must be at least 21 years of age, or older
7. Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
8. Ability to utilize equipment safely and efficiently
9. Ability to successfully pass required Training Programs for Certification
10. Basic accounting skills
11. Basic experience with Profit & Loss reporting
