Job Title:General Manager at Mon Cheri

Job Overview:Mon Cheri is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our charcuterie and champagne café, specializing in modern European cuisine. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating an exceptional dining experience, managing day-to-day operations, and contributing to our growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of the café's daily operations, ensuring smooth running, high-quality service, and exceptional food presentation.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment. Encourage team development and foster a culture of excellence and hospitality.
Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability. Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to enhance financial performance.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure all guests receive outstanding service. Address customer feedback effectively and maintain high standards of customer care.
Menu Development: Collaborate with the Executive Chef to innovate and update the menu, ensuring it aligns with the modern European theme and appeals to our target demographic.
Marketing and Promotion: Work closely with the marketing team to promote Mon Cheri, organizing events and campaigns to attract and retain customers.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards. Maintain a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory, ensuring adequate supplies while minimizing waste.
Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effective procurement.
Performance Analysis: Regularly review operational processes and staff performance, implementing improvements where necessary.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and financial performance.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge and appreciation of modern European cuisine and charcuterie.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Salary: $60,000.00 - $69,729.00 per year
