The Account Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting HPI Account Managers and their assigned clients. This position requires strong problem solving skills, adaptability to constant changes and effective task prioritization. As the primary point of support to the Account Manager and the liaison to customer care, the Account Coordinator ensures the smooth execution of operational tasks and maintains essential customer relationships.
What YOU will do:
Task Coordination: Receive task requests from Account Managers and collaborate with internal teams to fulfill these requests promptly, ensuring client needs are met. Confirm to Account Manager as tasks are completed.
Project Management: Work with Account Manager to maintain client project action items, status updates and deadlines to keep projects on tract and within scope
Customer Data Management : Execute tasks related to Customer Data setup and maintenance, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data is recorded. Maintain the Client Profile in collaboration with the Account Manager. In conjunction with the Account Manger perform regular reviews and updated to the website and other order platforms to maintain a user-friendly and up-to-date online presence.
Reporting: Prepare weekly or monthly client reports and deliverables, providing valuable insights both to internal teams and clients.
Resource Requests: Submit requests for photography, website updates or samples to support client programs.
Data Analysis: Gather and present data to Account Managers for client business reviews, contributing to data-driven decision-making. Undertake special projects and data analysis assignments as directed contributing to the success of the account management team.
Client Support: Provide client support in the absence of the Account Manager, offering assistance and maintaining strong client relationships. Perform any other duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the account management activities.
Who YOU are:
Bachelor's Degree preferred or a minimum of 3 years of client service experience
Ability to interact effectively with individuals at various department levels
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to thoroughness
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and knowledge of Zoom or Skype for virtual communication
Ability to travel up to 5%

At BAMKO, we want you to be well and thrive. The compensation for this position ranges from $45,000-$55,000 (annually). The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
