Requirements
- Significant demonstrated success in automotive dealer sales management and/or fixed operations experience. You must know how it works and have both the ability and experience to implement accordingly.
- Demonstrated experience in dealership data, customer information management, and process management.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a special ability to inspire others while fostering a positive work environment.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. Be the nuts and bolts type leader who is accountable for the intricate details, but know when to adapt your vantage point to meet business needs and inspire people.
