We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead operations at one of our automotive dealerships. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of dealership management, including sales, service, finance, and administration. This position requires a strong leader with proven management skills, a deep understanding of automotive retail, and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

General Manager Job Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to achieve dealership goals and objectives.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including sales, service, parts, and finance departments.
• Recruit, train, and mentor dealership staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service and support.
• Monitor financial performance and budgetary goals and take proactive measures to achieve targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

General Manager Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive dealership management, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Thorough understanding of automotive sales and service processes, including financing and inventory management.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management software.

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen, THC not screened for.
