Job Description:
The General Manager II is expected to increase market share, control fleet, meet and exceed its profitability targets, reach customer service goals, and develop staff. Responsible for customer and employee relations. Achievement of Operational goals and financial objectives as stated in annual Business Planning. Ensure unparalleled customer satisfaction. Develop and implement local sales and marketing initiatives. Training and development of all location employees. Create standardized business processes that improve performance and enhance customer service. Manage Required Administrative Tasks, Controls and Reports. Resolve customer issues and ensuring a positive customer service experience.
Qualifications:
High School diploma required. Bachelor's Degree/ MBA highly preferred. 8 + Years previous management experience in a fast-paced environment. 3-5 Years prior experience as a manager. Experience in car rental, hospitality, or tourism a plus. Result orientation with demonstrated history of success. Demonstrated ability to direct and motivate teams as well as identify and grow talent. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with Senior leaders and manage large, dispersed and diverse workgroups.
