The Hotel General Manager has overall responsibility for the successful operation of the hotel and for meeting or exceeding its financial objectives. This position is responsible for attaining projected revenues and profit levels and to ensure superior guest service and product quality. The General Manager will maintain a positive community image and remain current on local area trends and participate in community events to represent the hotel. This champion will provide overall direction and guidance to their team while managing the day-to-day leadership and management of all property facets. The General Manager is required to adhere to the mission and values of Omshera Hotel Group.
- Directs the total operation of the hotel to maintain established cost and quality standards
- Drives associate experience - meets or exceeds employee satisfaction benchmarks
- Achieves guests" satisfaction goals and ensures maintenance and security of the hotel's physical assets
- Develops and updates the hotel business plan and monitors financial performance
- Drives Revpar, Revpar index and Revenue per guest
- Administers company policy and procedures
- Assures staff are recruited, selected, trained, counseled and rewarded to maintain performance standards while "providing service beyond expectations"
- Hands on leadership of team

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
