Job Overview
We are looking for a Strategic-minded General Manager to lead our home care division tackling one of the worlds largest industries. You will oversee the most critical projects in the business including questions like: How can we monitor and streamline the quality of our services? What initiatives are most important to improve profitability? How should we expand?

Responsibilities & Duties
- Performance Analysis - Analyze business performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making
- Business development - Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients to expand our customer base.
- Team Leadership - supervise, train, and motivate cleaning staff to deliver high-quality services and up uphold company standards
- Operational efficiency - streamline operational processes to improve efficiency and maximize resource utilization
- Financial Management - manage the financial performance of your business unit
