Job Responsibilities
As the Hotel General Manager, you will be the primary strategic business leader for your hotel property and will oversee all aspects of the operation, including management of general property performance, as well as food & beverage, sales and marketing strategy, profitability, revenue generation, and human resources activities. This will involve leading your team in the development, and implementation of property-wide strategies with the overall goal of meeting or exceeding guest expectations and delivering a return on investment to both Hilton and company ownership.
Your specific duties in this role will include:
- Direct, train and mentor associates and observe performance to ensure adherence to hotel policies and established operating procedures.
- Ensure all owner and brand-directed initiatives, perspectives and programs are implemented, followed, and supported.
- Monitor customer service by speaking with guests, reviewing written guest satisfaction surveys, and observing associates.
- Actively promote the hotel and company in the community.
- Assist with the development of sales strategies and action plans.
- Develop and maintain positive business relationships with all guests, vendors, and other external partners.
- Represent the company at various community organization meetings to promote hotels.
- Conduct regular physical inspections to ensure all standards of excellence are being met.
- Answer inquiries on hotel policies and services.
- Understand, support, and administer all state and local laws/codes in which the hotel is located that govern innkeeping and associate relations.
- Develop and maintain hotel budget striving to meet and/or exceed all financial and budgetary goals.
- Facilitate and maintain ongoing communication and collaboration with all associates.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks including maintaining an accurate inventory of supplies, processing hotel payroll, and handling any accounting and purchasing functions.
- Maintain up-to-date records and files.
- Ensure the cleanliness of all areas of the hotel.

- 3+ years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, management operations
- You can effectively control costs and manage inventories to ensure your hotel's continued profitability.
- You should also display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills as well as strong customer service and marketing abilities.
- Seeking an individual with Hilton experience, (OnQ, R&I, GRO)
- Salary is negotiable and based on experience.
- Solid organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
- Pay Based on Experience and Certifications.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
