We are currently seeking to hire a Manager to join our newly being formed team! You will be responsible for sales training, culture development, overseeing and developing our Maintenance and Service Technicians as well as our Plumbers to achieve SALES goals and drive results by providing excellent service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Sales training for Service Technicians and Plumbers
- Oversee and coordinate the service technician team
- Establish service territories, quotas, and goals for the Maintenance team
- Teach, lead and help the team with technical skills related to software, customer service , documenting jobs and job sites
- Lead strong performance management of the team
- Grow the business thru networking ,advertising and marketing
- Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
- Report on team and individual performance, continue to grow the team with new hires and new services
- Build and form new partnerships with potential subcontractors and vendors
- Attend and participate in trade shows and other business types of events
- Work with dispatch to coordinate customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, plumbing business, or related field
- Experience as a supervisor or manager
- Familiarity with property management, maintenance , janitorial and plumbing business as well as related ones
- Results oriented
- Sales minded
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to build rapport with clients, referral sources and other vendors
- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective new customers
- Prepares quotes, bids, and proposals
- Positive attitude with a high desire to be successful
- Computer skills, use of an Ipad and apple products
- Ensures excellent customer service
- Resolve issues and customer concerns as the arise
- Good driving history, ability to be insured
Preferred Experience
- Property management, Maintenance, building services and/ or Plumbing background
- High school or equivalent
