General Manager Role Overview:
As the General Manager, you will be the driving force behind our restaurant's success. Your primary focus will be on guest services, team building, operational systems, and managing our renowned beverage program. You will lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring that every guest leaves with memories to cherish.
General Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of passionate professionals, fostering a culture of growth and development.
- Develop and implement operational systems to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Curate and manage our beverage program, including wine selection, cocktails, and pairings.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu offerings complement our beverage selections and elevate the overall dining experience.
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, consistently exceeding guest expectations.
General Manager Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a General Manager in Michelin Guide and/or James Beard award-winning restaurants.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team building and development.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Passion for delivering unparalleled guest experiences and a dedication to excellence.
- In-depth knowledge of beverage programs, including wine, spirits, and cocktails.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
