Responsibilities:
- Achieve overall profitability of restaurant by hitting budget targets
- Develop the team through hiring, training, and coaching. Provide ongoing feedback, establish job expectations and conduct performance reviews
- Regular review and planning with management team to ensure budgets and goals are being met
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, and ensure proper food safety measures are being taken
Qualifications:
- Experience as a General Manager in a high volume restaurant environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Experience with inventory, labor management, and making budget goals
- Loyal and passionate about food and the guest experience
