What The Position is About:
- Oversee all operations for the company
- Streamline and improve company processes, while maintaining positive growth
- Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations
- Create a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability
- Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to enhance operational performance
- Manage the P&L for the company
- Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, and industry partners
- Develop and manage the annual budget, including sales forecasts, expenses, and profitability targets
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- Experience in a General Manager role
- Proven sales, production and marketing experience
- P&L experience
- A strong work ethic with a growth mindset
