We have an exciting opportunity for a General Manager to lead operational efforts for the hotel, restaurant, and bar!
The Ideal Candidate
- At least 3 years of full-service GM experience required; managing $10MM or greater in revenue.
- Organized, detailed oriented and able to lead a winning team of passionate and service driven hospitality professionals by being both a team player and effective leader.
- Strong sales background and established networking skills.
- Proven ability to drive guest service and satisfaction.
- Effective in hiring, mentoring, and leading a team toward outstanding results.
- Able to deliver outstanding financial results.
- Full Service and F&B experience required.
- Proficient in the use of various technology platforms.
As a General Manager, you will be instrumental in hiring, motivating, and rewarding a winning management team supporting our company’s mission statement and embracing our Parks Pillars. You will be the liaison with the hotel brand, our owners and with Parks Hospitality Group in facilitating a successful business operation through the orchestration of brand training, operational deadlines, providing attention to detail in ordering of supplies and following budget guidelines, as well as cost controls, budgeting, maximizing profits, developing, and retaining team members and exceeding guest expectations.
