Job Description:
As the General Manager of Lucky Luke BrewPub, you will be the driving force behind the overall operation of our full-service restaurant. Your leadership, expertise, and passion for hospitality will ensure the seamless execution of day-to-day operations, while continuously elevating the dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Team Management
- Lead by example, fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Recruit, train, and develop a diverse team of passionate individuals dedicated to delivering exceptional service and culinary excellence.
- Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and implement performance management initiatives to drive employee engagement and retention.
2. Operations Management:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including but not limited to, food and beverage service, inventory management, scheduling, and facility maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and liquor laws to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
- Implement efficient systems and procedures to optimize productivity, minimize waste, and maximize profitability.
3. Customer Experience:
- Champion a guest-centric culture focused on exceeding customer expectations and building lasting relationships.
- Monitor service quality, address guest feedback, and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the culinary team to develop and execute seasonal menus, special promotions, and innovative offerings that showcase our commitment to quality and creativity.
4. Financial Performance:
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to achieve revenue targets, control costs, and drive profitability.
- Analyze sales trends, labor costs, and other key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to optimize financial performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in restaurant management, preferably in a full-service or brewpub environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
