General Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our convenience store operations. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving profitability. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of convenience store operations, including food preparation, customer service, and staff management
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Manage inventory levels and control costs to optimize profitability
- Handle cash handling procedures accurately and efficiently
- Train and mentor staff on company policies, procedures, and best practices
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the management team to develop marketing strategies and promotional activities

Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Extensive knowledge of convenience store safety regulations and best practices in the industry
- Proven experience in convenience store management, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and vendors
- Proficient in point-of-sale (POS) systems for order processing and cash handling
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
