General Manager

Leadership - Corporate

• Attending select virtual and in-person meetings with Bark Social leadership team
• Meeting and/or exceeding established sales, revenue and profitability goals
• Manage monthly and annual sales objectives for the site
• Communicate site objectives in meetings and, as required, present initiatives and objectives by speaking and guiding the team to meet established objectives
• Initiate and execute sales building efforts and events outside of the restaurant within brand standards

Leadership - In-store

• Manage and create positive, working relationships with all representatives, vendors, teammates, etc
• Lead daily shift meetings and be knowledgeable of all upcoming specials, events, daily/weekly focuses, etc.
• Reviews managers quarterly, assists with monthly hourly employee reviews, conducts employee surveys quarterly
• Oversees and is responsible for budget and all COGS within that budget, creates proposal for any capital expenditures
• Ensure all standard operating procedures are being followed at all times
• Oversee local site marketing and partnership opportunities, help to drive sales and create brand ambassadors
• Maintain positive teammate morale, plan holiday parties and outings

Operations

• Perform opening and closing duties such as inventory checks, site walk-throughs, food and cooler temperature logs, etc.
• Ensure all facilities are set to brand standards including cleanliness.
• Work directly with vendors to ensure that the site equipment is kept in satisfactory working order maintaining the highest degree of usability and cleanliness
• Provides floor coverage for the busiest of shifts, and can support any position at any time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $68,000.00 per year
