We are looking for General managers to join our team as we prepare to open several locations throughout the Salt Lake Valley this year.
Clean, safe, well organized environments breed positive energy and set the standard for our craft in service and hospitality. Service as we know it is the technical delivery of our craft and hospitality is how the delivery of our craft makes the people feel. Dirty Birds must understand the difference and always work in the space of craft hospitality. The sustained success of Dirty Bird will greatly depend on how well the art of REAL is mastered.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Design strategy and set goals for growth
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
- Champion policies and processes
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
- Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
- Direct the employee assessment process
- Prepare regular reports for upper management
- Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
Provide solutions to issues Skills
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
- Experience in planning and budgeting
- Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
