Responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of the hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments - Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial goals and maximize profitability - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving guest concerns - Supervise and train staff members to maintain high standards of performance and professionalism - Manage inventory control and ordering to ensure adequate supplies are available - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment - Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase revenue - Monitor and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities Skills: - Strong background in hospitality management, preferably in a hotel setting - Proven experience in supervising a diverse team of employees - Knowledge of bartending techniques and customer service best practices - Familiarity with kitchen management, including food safety protocols and inventory control - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, staff, and vendors - Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
