Responsibilities
- Lead multiples teams to successfully manage QCELL REDEEMER Factory 3PL Operation and support team members' professional development at all levels.
- Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Serve as a key collaborative figure with strong interpersonal skills to follow up on customer's needs.
- Cultivate a strong customer focus, set goals, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Enhance data analytics capabilities and drive goals in support of operations cost and customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Support execution of daily operational activities across multiple sites and shifts.
- Ensure that Factory and Warehouse concerns are heard at corporate level. Communicates stated Company goals, objectives, and direction towards team members.
- Develop monthly reports highlighting P&L performance, KPI results and other targeted goals.
- Analyze data and create regular reports to guide decision making and continuous improvement.
- Ensure that all operations comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
Salary Range: $120,000- 150,000
