The General Maintenance Worker will be responsible for minor electrical, mechanical and plumbing related repairs throughout the facility and on the grounds. The General Maintenance Worker will ensure that the exterior areas are kept in a good clean condition. This position will also assist in repairs to buildings, offices, garage, wash bay and shop equipment, and assists the parts room personnel by driving to pick up parts, etc.

The General Maintenance Worker will be responsible for minor electrical, mechanical and plumbing related repairs throughout the facility and on the grounds. The General Maintenance Worker will ensure that the exterior areas are kept in a good clean condition. This position will also assist in repairs to buildings, offices, garage, wash bay and shop equipment, and assists the parts room personnel by driving to pick up parts, etc.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform minor electrical repairs throughout interior and exterior areas, including but not limited to lights and light bulb replacements.
- Perform minor plumbing repairs throughout the building, including but not limited to toilet and sink repairs.
- Complete general building maintenance. Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs and other parts of the building.
- Maintain company building(s) and grounds in clean and efficient manner. Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the facility.
- Keep mechanical equipment in working condition and fix as necessary.
- Perform installation and/or replacements of floor and ceiling tiles, stairs, and piping as needed.
- Pick up parts from vendors using company provided vehicles.
- Perform other duties/responsibilities as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
Physical Requirements:
- Must pass drug and alcohol screenings and physical exam.
- Be able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, twist, turn and reach.
- Be able to climb up and down ladders.
- Be able to work safely in a noisy area with fumes, chemicals and dust present.
- Be able to lift 75 pounds, push, and pull 100 pounds.
- Must be able to work holidays and weekends as needed or per your schedule.
