General Maintenance Technician (Lead)

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of general residential repairs. (Start to finish)
• Ability to read and follow new build blueprints.
• Ability to respond to emergency service calls. 
• Perform routine inspections as needed.
• Ability to use mobile software to log work performed, hours, and other needed data for the position. 
• Must be able to provide exceptional customer service.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to complete assigned projects without assistance. 
• Ability to complete multi tasks at once.

Primary duties required:

• Respond to emergency service calls as-needed
• Perform routine home inspections in preparation for service technicians.
• Ability to use mobile software to log work completed, job descriptions, and materials used on the project. 
• Offer resolutions to customer facing issues.
• Lead a team of Maintenance team members. 

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED 
  
• 2-4 Years Minimum as Maintenance
• Valid State-issued Driver License 
• Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle record)
• Must have the tools needed.
