General Maintenance

Our growing company is hiring for the full-time position of experiencedmaintenance worker to join our team, please review the following list of responsibilities and qualifications.

General Responsibilities

• Painting / Painting Touch-Ups / Caulking
• Drywall Patching and Texturing
• Replacing Commercial/Residential Light Bulbs
• Basic Plumbing/Electrical/HVAC Maintenance
• Landscaping (Weeding, Trimming, Etc.)
• Sprinkler Repairs and Maintenance
• Changing Filters
• Adjusting Doors/Windows
• Construction / Rental Property Clean-Up
• Window Washing
• Furniture Assembly
• Adjust/Program Thermostats
• Cleaning (All Types)
• Installing Signs
• Coordinate With Contractors/Vendors
• Installing Doorknobs
• Walking Properties/Identifying Problems/Issues
• General Commercial/Residential Maintenance/Repairs
• Other(s) As Needed (Flexibility)

Qualifications Required

• Ability To Follow Directions
• Communicate Effectively
• Self-Motivated & Good Work Ethic
• Experience With All Or Most Of General Responsibilities
• Ability To Work In Heat / Cold Environment(s)
• Ability To Consistently Lift 25-50lbs.
• Work Well By Yourself Or With A Team
