Job Purpose
The primary purpose of the position is to oversee, track and reconcile the financial transactions. The employee is organized, efficient and skilled at keeping track of the various types of transactions by the company. Duties and Responsibilities
At all times, model the Vision and Values of Enhance
Record financial transactions
Reconcile bank and credit card account transactions
Invoice processing
Assist in set up and maintaining QuickBooks
Answer inbound calls
Collaborate with tax preparers
Provide excellent customer service
The ability to prioritize projects
The ability to meet deadlines
Critical thinking, problem solving and determination
Must have bookkeeping experience in both QuickBooks and Excel
Applicants must have the ability to work independently, set priorities, and handle multiple tasks with efficiency
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelors degree preferred
Experience: Prior experience with Quickbooks preferred
Working Conditions
Works in a typical office setting with climate control
