Job Purpose

This role will assist in taking pictures of any broken pallets found in trucks when unloading while providing consistent communication with warehouse personnel that supports effective and efficient unloading.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Take pictures of broken pallets
• Utilize the assigned advice to record the broken pallets for the day
• Keep track of broken pallets by entering this information into our company system
• Complete a daily quota
• Maintain a positive and helpful manner when checking in carriers and interacting with other warehouse personnel
• Complies with and communicates any special requests as soon as the needs can be met, and relay information to the On-site Management Team immediately
• Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and tact, conferring with our customers and the On-site Management Team

Preferred Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent, preferred but not required
• 3-6 months of Customer Service experience, highly preferred
• Warehouse experience is preferred but not required

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

• Work hours/Shifts: Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays (4:00AM - Until Last Truck)
• Regular Full-Time
• Possible weekend shift to be scheduled, per business needs

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Compensation package:

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed
