SalaryOverview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our team. As a Dentist, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients (primarily adults). This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable dental practice and make a positive impact on the oral health of our community.
Requirements:
- Must be Licensed in the state of Texas.
Responsibilities:
- Must feel confident to perform all aspects fo General Dentistry, such as fillings, crown & bridge work, premolar root canals, (molar root canals: a plus) and confident to do partials and dentures.
- Administer local anesthesia and perform pain management techniques
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic dental record systems
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry through continuing education
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of dental anatomy and oral health conditions
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and explain treatment plans
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean working environment
- Ability to work well within a team environment
Compensation:
- $800.00/day guaranteed and/or a 25% production whichever is more at the end of the following month.
Relocation:
Job requires relocation to El Paso, TX.
