Salary- New construction, expansions, and repairs and maintenance at swine units including sow farms, nurseries, and finishing sites
- Work on equipment including but not limited to feed motors, feed sensors, control troubleshooting, feed augers, feed pipes, fan motors for wall and pit fans, fan housing, water, gas and pressure washer lines, curtains and inlets, and cool cells
- Roof repairs and replacements
- Welding to repair and construct gating and pens
- Completing structural building repairs, doors and framing, slat patching
- Follow all required bio-security including showering in and out of facilities, disinfecting tools, having proper downtime as assigned by Construction Management
- Spend equal time both indoors and outdoors, depending on the project assigned
- Must have valid driver’s license. You will be assigned to a company vehicle to get to work sites.
- Ability to keep track of tasks completed throughout the day and fill out log of daily activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
