- Answer phone calls, emails, and routine questions, while forwarding complex queries or requests to appropriate OSBM employees.
- Plan and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Create spreadsheets.
- Compose correspondence.
- Manage databases.
- Review correspondence composed by other OSBM employees to ensure proper grammar and punctuation before forwarding.
- Organize and maintain office files.
- Receive and disseminate information to OSBM employees.
- Perform other routine clerical duties.
