KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparation of pre-packaged materials.
- Stack product on work table and determine what size envelope, box, or tube is needed to pack material in.
- Keep an accurate count of the materials and give count to the supervisor.
- Understand the proper use of the Sealer Machine.
- Preparations of orders for shipment.
- Prepare labels for packages.
- Proper use of tape machine.
- Ability to seal packages tightly with tape, staple, or end caps of packing tube.
- Ability to operate the Hasler Computer Mailer and run daily reports.
- Operation of the currency counter machine.
- Removing stock from the currency vault.
- Maintain a neat and safe work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Accurate counting skills.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Work may require the use of pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Must pass a security background check to work at a Public Trust site

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Work may require the use of pallet jacks, forklifts and hand trucks and wearing safety shoes.
