Sun Bear is looking for superior carpenters with 5+ years of experience in general and finish carpentry. This is an opportunity to build a great future with a rapidly growing company. This position is on an equity ownership track for the right candidate with the ambition to manage projects, lead other carpenters and trades, provide input to the design and engineering phase of custom home development, and expand your skills and knowledge of the latest construction technologies and trends.
Sun Bear has been building unique homes in Silver City for twenty years. We are experts in passive solar and have a passion for using a mix of new and old materials - including ICF, Hay Bales, Adobe, Stone, SYP, etc.
