Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a General Affairs Department member. As a member of the General Affairs Department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.
Duties:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Maintain and update company records and databases
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist in organizing company events and activities
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
Experience:
- Proven experience in administrative or office support roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
