Responsibilities for the General Accounting Clerk include retaining supplier invoices by email or printing from Supplier portal. Responsible for coding the invoices and credit note and posting the invoices and credit into Birchstreet/Iscala. Contact suppliers for invoices, statements, credit notes or any other information. Match payments against invoices and credit notes. Prepare month end accrual journals. Must have intermediate knowledge in multiple computer programs such as Oracle, Birchstreet, Opera, Reserve and Microsoft Office specifically - Outlook, Excel and Word
