Job description
Seeking an experienced accounting professional with demonstrated experience in general accounting functions (A/R, A/P, Inventory review/audit). Excellent career opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in all phases of corporate accounting including but not limited to AP, AR, accruals, fixed assets, depreciation, prepaids, and the closing process
• Reconcile and prepare journal entries.
• Timely processing of accounts payable and working with vendors on any billing discrepancies
• Assist on the accounts receivable side with customer inquiries.
• Help perform month end close activities and journal entries.
• Assist in preparation of month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial statements and annual reporting.
• Inventory reconciliation, investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze perpetual inventory locations for accuracy and valuation.
• Participation and analysis, cycle counting program.
• Identifies improvements for internal processes and controls.
• Contribute in answering questions from annual external audit.
• Ad hoc analyses and projects, as needed.
• Working knowledge of ERP manufacturing system
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills strong in Excel.
• Excellent communication, strong analytical, problem solving, and computer skills required.
• Ability to interface with members of other departments and corporate staff.

*1. Bachelor's Degree.*
*2. 3 or more years of Accounting experience.*
*3. 1 or more years of ERP experience preferred.*
