SalaryWe are a residential Ocean-front community, located near the north end of Hilton Head Island. We are looking for a Part-time Gate Attendants to join our team. Prior Military, College Students, and Retirees are encouraged to apply. Experience preferred but not mandatory. Competitive Pay and Benefits. 30/60/90 Day review with chance of raise(s). Must be able to pass a drug test and background check!
Shifts Available:
1st Opening: Saturday Evening Shift (3:00PM to 1 1:00PM).
2nd Opening: Friday and Saturday Overnight shift (11:00PM-7:00AM)
Other shifts will be available throughout the week, based on your availability.

- Gate Entry Control.
- Guest Check-ins.
- Responding to incidents and completing necessary reports.
- Logging of Commercial and Vendor vehicles.

Qualifications:
- Strong Customer Service Skills and Tactfulness.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
- Clean and Professional Appearance.
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Attention to Detail.
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
- Punctual
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 32 per week
